Carthage Man Accused of D.W.I. in the Town of Croghan

TOWN OF CROGHAN-An 83 year old Carthage man was arrested for D.W.I. early Sunday morning following a vehicle stop in the Town of Croghan. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Charles E. Marolf with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% of Alcohol or More in Blood -First Offense: both Class U misdemeanors. Marolf was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges in the Town of Croghan Court at a later date.
