Carthage Man Accused of Numerous Charges following State Police Investigation

TOWN OF WILNA-A 29 year old Carthage man is facing numerous charges following an investigation into an incident that reportedly occurred last Friday evening. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Timothy I. Bakker with ounce count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense, and Reckless Driving; both Class U misdemeanors: Reckless endangerment in the 2^nd Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 4^th Degree-Preventing Emergency Call, and Obstruction of Government Administration in the 2^nd Degree; all Class A misdemeanors: and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation-Alcohol,  a class E Felony. Baaker was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges in the Town of Wilna Court.
