Carthage Man Accused of Possessing Stolen Property
CITY OF WATERTOWN-A 31 year old Carthage Man was arrested on October 30th in the City of Watertown following an investigation into a complaint of a larceny from a vehicle that reportedly occurred in the Village of Carthage on August 17th of this year. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Cody Joshua Keech with one count of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th Degree a Class A misdemeanor. Keech was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Carthage Court at a later date.
