Whitesboro Resident and Ava Teen are Accused of Larceny

TOWN OF LEE-A 23 year old Whitesboro resident and a 15 year old teen from the Town of Ava were arrested on Larceny charges in the Town of Lee last Tuesday.  New York State Police from the Lee Barracks charged Deziraye N. Reams with one count of Petit Larceny, a Class A misdemeanor. Reams was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Lee Court. The teen, whose name was not released, was also charged with a misdemeanor charge of Petit Larceny and will answer the charge in Family Court at a later date.
