Carthage Man Charged with Unlicensed Operation in Oswego County
TOWN OF RICHLAND-A 22 year old Carthage man is accused of driving without a license following late Saturday night vehicle and traffic complaint in the Oswego County town of Richland. New York State Police from the Pulaski Barracks charged Trenton D. Passage with one count of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, a Class U misdemeanor. Passage was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Richland Court at a later date.
