Carthage Man Faces Criminal Possession Charge in the Village of Sylvan Beach
VILLAGE OF SYLVAN BEACH-A 49 year old Carthage man was arrested in Sylvan Beach Saturday night for allegedly possessing a controlled substance. New York State Police from the Sylvan Beach Barracks charged Harley P, Sanders with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Sanders was given an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date.
