Remsen man Facing Felony Criminal Mischief Charge in the Town of Vernon
TOWN OF VERNON-A 39 year old Remsen man was arrested Saturday following a report of a disturbance in the Town of Vernon. New York State Police from the Sullivan Barracks charged Shane M. Walker with one count of Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree-Damaging another Person’s Property with an amount greater than $250.00; a Class E felony. Walker was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Vernon Court at a later date.
