Carthage Man Facing a Driving While Impaired Charge
VILLAGE OF CARTHAGE-A 26 year old Carthage man was arrested was arrested for "driving while impaired" following a Saturday afternoon vehicle stop in the Village of Carthage. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Robert E. Marion with Operating a Motor Vehicle while Impaired by Drugs in the 1st Degree, a Class U misdemeanor. Marion was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Village of Carthage Court at a later date.
