Carthage Man Facing a Drug Possession Charge
VILLAGE OF WEST CARTHAGE-A 59 year old Carthage man was arrested Friday morning on a drug possession charge in the Village of West Carthage. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Peter Carr with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Carr was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Village of West Carthage Court at a later date.
