Carthage Man Facing Felony Criminal Mischief Charge
TOWN OF CHAMPION-A 34 year old Carthage man was arrested for allegedly damaging another person’s property in the Town of Champion. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Samuel A. Conners with one count of Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree-Damaging another Person’s Property with damage greater than $250.00; a Class E felony. Conner was released with an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Champion Court at a later date.
