Carthage Man Facing a Larceny Charge in Jefferson County
TOWN OF LE RAY-A 33 year old Carthage man was arrested on September 17th in the Town of Pamelia, following a report of a larceny that occurred last month in the Town of LeRay. New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks charged Donald G. Bishop with one count of Petit Larceny, a Class A misdemeanor. Bishop was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of LeRay Court at a later date.
