Harrisville Man Charged with Felony D.W.I. and Unlicensed Operation in the Village of Copenhagen
VILLAGE OF COPENHAGEN-A 44 year old Harrisville man is facing felony charges following a late Friday night vehicle stop in the Village of Copenhagen. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Bryan J. Martin with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated with a Previous Conviction of Designated Offense within 10 years and Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree-Committing Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd/Alcohol or Drug: Both Class E felonies. Martin was transported to Central Arraignment and no further details were listed.
