Carthage Man Facing Assault Charge
VILLAGE OF CARTHAGE-A 33 year old Carthage man is facing an assault charge stemming from an incident that was on September 17th in the Town of Champion. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks arrested Samual A. Conners on Friday in the Village of Carthage and charged him with Assault in the 3rd Degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Conner was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Champion Court at a later date.
