Lowville Man Arrested for D.W.I. in the Town of New Bremen

TOWN OF NEW BREMEN-A 19 year old Lowville man was arrested for D.W.I. following an early Saturday morning vehicle stop in the Town of New Bremen. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Samual J. Beyer with one count each of Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Content of .08 of 1%-First Offense, and Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense: both Class U misdemeanors. Beyer was given appearance tickets returnable to the Town of New Bremen Court at a later date.
