Carthage Man Facing Felony Obscenity-Pornography Charges

TOWN OF CHAMPION-A 45 year old Carthage man was arrested Thursday stemming from an investigation into an obscenity-pornography complaint that was reported in July of this year in the Town of Champion. New York State Police from the Lowville barracks charged Christopher L. Patterson with one count each of Possessing Sexual Performance of a Child Less than 16: Possess-Access to View, a Class E felony and Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child less than 17 years of Age, a Class D felony. Patterson was sent to Central Arraignment, and his current arrest status was not released.
