Carthage Man held following Arrest for alleged Sex Crime
TOWN OF CROGHAN-A 35 year old Carthage man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly committing a felony sex offense in the Town of Croghan. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Nathan D. Hotchkiss with one count of Criminal Sex Act in the 1st Degree with a victim less than 11 years of age, a Class B Felony. Hotchkiss’s arrest was listed as “held” as of press time and no additional details were given.
