Castorland Woman Facing Felony Aggravated D.W.I. Charge

TOWN OF CROGHAN-A 32 year old Castorland woman is accused of Aggravated D.W.I. following a Tuesday afternoon vehicle stop in the Town of Croghan. New York State troopers from the Carthage Barracks charged Gwendolyn P. Holton with one count of Aggravated Driving while Intoxicated with a Child-First Offense, a Class E felony. Holton was issued an appearance and will answer the charge in Town of Croghan Court at a later date.
