Carthage Resident accused of an A.B.C. Law Violation
TOWN OF LE RAY-A 31 year old Carthage resident is facing an A.B.C. law violation following an Tuesday night arrest in the Town of Watertown. New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks charged Branay F. Bradford-Castaneda with one count of Unlawful Dealing with a Child in the 1st Degree-Alcohol; a Class A misdemeanor. Bradford-Castaneda was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of LeRay Court at a later date.
