Carthage Resident Accused of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in Jefferson County
TOWN OF RUTLAND-A 35 year old Carthage resident is facing a Criminal Possession charge following an early Sunday morning investigation into a report of a disabled vehicle in the Town of Rutland. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Xavier Tremayne Rose with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Rose was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Rutland Court at a later date.
