Carthage Woman facing a Criminal Possession of Stolen Property Charge
VILLAGE OF WEST CARTHAGE-A 28 year old Carthage woman was arrested by New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks Saturday morning following a reported Larceny from a building. Troopers charged Dorothy E. Guadalupe with one count of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th Degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Guadalupe was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Watertown Court at a later date.
