Carthage Resident Accused of D.W.I. in Town of Croghan

TOWN OF CROGHAN-A 33 year old Carthage resident was arrested for D.W.I. in the Town of Croghan Friday evening. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Alvaro Euseo Soto Ordonez with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% Alcohol or more in Blood-First Offense: Both Class U misdemeanors. Ordonez was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Croghan Court at a later date.
