Carthage Resident Arrested following Alleged Domestic Incident

VILLAGE OF CARTHAGE-A 24 year old Carthage resident was arrested following a report of a domestic incident in the Village of Carthage early Sunday morning. New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks charged Janai Z. Crumity with one count of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation-Apply Pressure; a Class A misdemeanor. Crumity’s arrest status was listed as “Central Arraignment” and the incident was pending investigation as of Sunday Morning’s press time.
