Port Leyden Man Accused of Aggravated D.W.I. in the Town of Turin

TOWN OF TURIN-A 31 year old Port Leyden man was arrested for Aggravated D.W.I. late Saturday night following a vehicle stop in the Town of Turin. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged James Michael Fleming with one count each of Aggravated D.W.I. Per Se with a Blood Alcohol Content of .18 of 1% or More Alcohol in Blood with No Priors and Driving While Intoxicated First Offense: both Class U misdemeanors. Fleming was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Turin Court at a later date.
