Carthage Resident Arrested for Larceny in Jefferson County

TOWN OF WATERTOWN-A 25 year old Carthage resident was arrested on Christmas Eve stemming from a  “larceny-from building” report in the Town of Watertown.  New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks charged Madisyn Lee Stevens with one count of Petit Larceny, a Class A misdemeanor. Stevens Was issued an appearance returnable to the Town of Watertown Court at a later date.
