Carthage Woman Accused of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in Jefferson County
TOWN OF LE RAY-A 39 year old Carthage woman is facing a felony unlicensed operation charge following a Friday evening vehicle stop in the Jefferson County Town of Le Ray. New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks charged Roseanna L. Yaw with one count of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree with 10 or more suspensions-10 or more dates: a Class E felony. Yaw was issued an appearance to answer the charge in the Town of Le Ray Court at a later date.
