Boonville Man Accused of D.W.I.

VILLAGE OF BOONVILLE-A 41 year old Boonville man was arrested for D.W.I. early Sunday morning following an investigation in to a non-injury incident involving two vehicles on East Schuyler Street in the Village of Boonville. New York State Police from the Remsen Barracks charged Matthew Robert Healt with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or more of Alcohol in Blood-First Offense: Both Class U misdemeanors. Healt was released to a third party. The incident was listed as “investigation pending” as of Sunday morning and no further details were released.
