Carthage Woman Facing Charges in the Towns of LeRay and Rutland
TOWN OF RUTLAND-A 31 year old Carthage woman was arrested in the Town of Rutland on two separate counts Saturday. Kaytlin L. Ennis was arrested and charged by the New York State Police from the Philadelphia Barracks with one count of Petit Larceny, a Class A misdemeanor following a report of an alleged larceny from a building in the Town of LeRay. Ennis was also charged by the State Police from the Watertown Barracks with one count of Aggravation Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree, with 3 or more open suspensions on 3 or more separate dates: a Class U misdemeanor. Ennis was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges in the Town of LeRay and the Town of Rutland Courts at later dates. The alleged larceny is pending investigation.
