Castorland Man Accused of D.W.I. in the Town of Martinsburg

TOWN OF MARTINSBURG-A 26 year old Castorland man was arrested for D.W.I. following a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident that occurred Saturday evening in the Town of Martinsburg. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Aaron Jacob Turck with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% Alcohol or more in Blood-First Offense: both Class U misdemeanors. Turck was given an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Martinsburg Court at a later date.
