Castorland Man Accused of D.W.I. in the Village of Copenhagen

VILLAGE OF COPENHAGEN- A 25 year old Castorland man was arrested for D.W.I. following a vehicle stop in the Village of Copenhagen early Sunday morning. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Zachary Jacob Kuhhnle with one count each of Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or more Alcohol in Blood-First Offense and Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense: both Class U misdemeanors. Kuhnle was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Copenhagen Court at a later date.
