Castorland Man Accused of Felony D.W.I. in the Town of New Bremen

TOWN OF NEW BREMEN-A 40 year old Castorland man is facing a felony D.W.I. charge following a Saturday night vehicle stop in the Town of New Bremen. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Kenneth A. Birchenough with one count of Driving While Intoxicated-Previous Conviction of Designated Offense within 10 years, a Class E felony. Birchenough was transported to central arraignment and no further details were released.
