Castorland Resident Accused of Felony Burglary in the Town of Watertown
TOWN OF WATERTOWN-A 35 year old resident of Castorland is accused of a felony burglary and other charges following a Friday evening arrest in the Town of Watertown. New York State Police from the Watertown station charged Gwendolyn P. Horton with one count each of Burglary in the 3rd Degree-Illegal Entry with Intent to Commit a Crime, a Class D felony; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree, a Class U misdemeanor and Circumvent Interlock-Subject to Court Order-Operating a Motor Vehicle without a Device, a Class A misdemeanor. Horton was transported to Central Arraignment, and no further details were listed.
