Constableville Teen Facing Charge following Harassment Complaint
VILLAGE OF CONSTABLEVILLE-A 17 year old Constableville teenager was charged following a harassment complaint that occurred early Saturday morning in the Village of Constableville. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged the teen, whose name was not identified, with Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree-Preventing Official Function, a Class A misdemeanor. The teen is scheduled to appear in family court to answer the charge.
