Castorland Resident Facing Felony D.W.I. and A.U.O. in the Town of Croghan
TOWN OF CROGHAN-A 27 year old resident of Castorland was arrested on felony D.W.I. charges late Saturday evening following a vehicle stop in the Town of Croghan. New York State Troopers from the Lowville Station charged Dawson D. Schneider with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated with a Previous Conviction of Designated Offense within 10 years, Aggravated D.W.I. Per Se with .18 of 1 Percent or more Alcohol with a Prior Conviction within 10 years; both Class E felonies and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, a Class U misdemeanor. Schneider was released to a third party, and no further details were listed.
