Carthage Resident Charged with D.W.I. in the City of Watertown

CITY OF WATERTOWN- A 32 year old Carthage resident is accused of D.W.I. following an early Sunday morning vehicle stop in the City of Watertown. State Police from the Watertown Barracks charged Dakota A. Swaney with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or more alcohol in blood-First Offense; both Class U misdemeanors. Swaney was issued an appearance ticket will answer the charges in the City of Watertown Court.
