Central New York resident charged with unlicensed operation in Trenton: NYSP

TRENTON- A Central New York resident is accused of unlicensed operation in Oneida County.

Charles Thomas Mettler, 44, of Cato, NY was arrested on Sunday afternoon by the New York State Police (Remsen) for one count each of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second-degree and use of a leased and/or rented and/or loaned vehicle (not equipped with interlock device).

Troopers say these charges were issued in the town of Trenton. At press time, police said that Mettler was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
