Fort Drum: Uniformed personnel and civilians will be dismissed early today at 11:30 a.m.

Lowville Free Library: CLOSED.

North Country CPA's Office in Lowville: CLOSED.

Port Leyden Community Library: CLOSED this afternoon.

South Lewis CSD: CLOSED.

                                                                    The Lowville Farmers Co-Op will be closing early today at 3pm.

                                                                                               The New York Thruway is Closed.

                                                             Lowville Walmart Closed at 5pm and will remain closed until 6am Monday.
