Cold Brook Man Accused of D.W.I.

TOWN OF NORWAY-A 32 year old Cold Brook man is facing a D.W.I. charge following a Saturday evening vehicle stop in the Town of Norway. New York State Police from the Poland station charged Timothy James Price with one count of Driving While Intoxicated-First offense, a Class U misdemeanor. Price was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Norway Court at a later date.
