Cold Brook resident accused of DWI in town of Russia, Troopers say

RUSSIA- A local resident is faced with intoxicated driving offenses in Herkimer County.

On Sunday afternoon, the New York State Police (Herkimer) arrested and charged Shauna L. Comstock, 23, of Cold Brook, NY with one count each of DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC or greater).

According to Troopers, these charges were filed in the town of Russia. At press time, police said that Comstock was issued with an appearance ticket.
