Cold Brook resident charged with criminally possessing stolen property in town of Russia, Troopers say

RUSSIA- A local resident is accused of criminally possessing stolen property in Herkimer County, authorities say.

Loretta L. Kotary, 45, of Cold Brook NY was arrested Sunday night by the New York State Police (Herkimer). Kotary is officially charged with one misdemeanor count of criminally possessing stolen property in the fifth-degree.

According to Troopers, the charge was formally filed in the town of Russia.

At press time, police said Kotary was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
