Cold Brook resident charged with harassment in Herkimer County, Troopers say

RUSSIA- A local resident in Herkimer County is accused of harassment.

On Wednesday evening, the New York State Police (Herkimer) charged Daniel Blair, 42, of Cold Brook, NY with one misdemeanor count of harassment in the first-degree.

According to Troopers, this arrest stems from a reported harassment complaint Thursday evening in the town of Russia.

At press time, Blair’s arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment.

There were no further details provided.
