Constableville Man Charged with Unlawfully Dealing with Child and Acting in Manner Injurious to a Child
TOWN OF WEST TURIN-A 68 year old Constableville man is facing charges following an investigation into incident that reportedly occurred in December of 2024 in the Town of West Turin. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Joseph L. Morczek with one count each of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the 1st Degree-Alcohol and Acting in a Manner Injurious to a Child less than 17 years old: both Class A misdemeanors. Morczek was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in the Town of West Turin Court.
