Constableville Man Accused of D.W.I. in the Village of Boonville

VILLAGE OF BOONVILLE-A 52 year old Constableville man was arrested for D.W.I. Friday night following a vehicle stop in the Village of Boonville. New York State Police from the Remsen Barracks charged Timothy McIntyre with one count each of Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1 Percent or more of Alcohol in Blood-First Offense and Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense; both Class U misdemeanors. McIntyre was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in the Village of Boonville Court.
