Copenhagen Man charged following Dog Complaint

TOWN OF LOWVILLE-A 38 year old Copenhagen man was arrested on Friday following an investigation into a dog complaint that was reported in December of 2023 in the Town of Watson. New York State Police from the Lowville barracks charged Matthew J. Haag with one count of Overdriving, torturing and injuring an animal; or failure to provide proper sustenance; a Class A misdemeanor. Haag was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Watson Court at a later date.
