Copenhagen Man Charged with Aggravated D.W.I. in the Town of Harrisburg

TOWN OF HARRISBURG-A 44 year old Copenhagen man is accused of aggravated D.W.I. following a Christmas Eve vehicle stop in the Town of Harrisburg. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Jeffrey A. Powis with one count each of Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Content of .08 of 1% or greater-First Offense, and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Per Se with no prior: both Class U misdemeanors. Powis was issued an appearance returnable to the Town of Harrisburg Court at a later date.
