Inlet Man Accused of D.W.I. in the City of Rome

CITY OF ROME-A 60 year old Inlet man was arrested for D.W.I. in the City of Rome Friday night. New York State Police from the Lee Barracks charged David B. Donlon with one count each of Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Count of .08 of 1% or greater-First Offense and Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense; both Class U misdemeanors. Donlon was released to a third party and will answer the charges in the City of Rome Court at a later date.
