Copenhagen Resident Charged with Drug Possession, Operating Vehicle While Impaired by Drugs in the Town of Watertown
TOWN OF WATERTOWN-A 41 year old Copenhagen resident is facing D.W.I. and drug possession charges following a vehicle stop in the Town of Watertown on Friday afternoon. New York State Troopers from the Watertown Barracks charged Christy P. Richards with one count each of Operating a Motor Vehicle Impaired by Drugs-First Offense, a Class U misdemeanor; and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Richards was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in the Town of Watertown Court at a later date,
