State Police charge local resident for unlicensed operation in Holland Patent

HOLLAND PATENT- A local resident is accused of unlicensed operation in Oneida County.

New York State Police (Remsen) arrested Matthew Smith, 43, of Holland Patent, NY on Thursday morning for one count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree.

Troopers said this arrest was made Thursday morning in the village of Holland Patent.

At press time, authorities said that Smith was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
