Copenhagen Resident Facing Larceny Charge

TOWN OF DENMARK-A 22 year old Copenhagen resident was arrested following a shoplifting incident in the Town of Denmark that was reported on Saturday afternoon. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Braighton A. Passage with one count of Petit Larceny, a Class A misdemeanor. Passage was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Denmark Court at a later date. The incident was listed as “pending investigation” as of late Sunday morning.
