Crews working on sidewalks, crosswalks in village of Boonville

BOONVILLE- New York State DOT crews have set up shop to rehabilitate the pavement along Routes 12-D, 294 and 46.

This project includes both the town and the village, according to DOT officials.

Motorists should be on the lookout for various lane closures in both directions, with flaggers in place to help guide traffic, due to sidewalk replacement.

According to the DOT website, the estimated substantial completion date is set for the end of November.

Drivers should also beware of other ongoing projects along State Route 46 in Ava, Boonville and Westernville; State Route 26 in West Branch, NY; and State Route 365 in the town of Trenton.
