Criminal mischief charge filed against local resident following reported domestic incident in village of Poland

POLAND- A domestic incident in Herkimer County has resulted in the arrest of a local resident.

On Tuesday night, Bryan Coffin, 31, of Poland, NY was charged by the New York State Police (Herkimer) with one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief (w/intent to damage property).

Troopers say the arrest stems from a reported domestic incident Tuesday evening in the village of Poland, NY.

At press time, police said an investigation was still pending, while Coffin’s arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment.

There were no further details provided.
